[sipxtapi-dev] Building Sipxtapi on windows.

Hi,

    I am trying to build sipxtapi, but i get following error.
" Error    1    fatal error C1189: #error :  "Need a definition of PRIdPTR for this platform"

i've installed all the dependencies.
what am i missing.
