[sipxtapi-dev] executables on another PC

Hi all,

I compiled sipXtapi with visual c++ 2005 error free and 
would like to use the generated executables on another PC without
visual c++ 2005 installation. I copied all necessary system dll’s, however I got
the error message that the side by side configuration information 
contains errors. I choose the option "not embedded manifest".
By the help of the package “vcredist_x86” eventually, the problem could be 
solved,
but I would like to avoid additional installations.
By setting the runtime library to Multithread instead of Multithread- DLL 
the error went away, but so far I did not know, if  there occur some other 
disadvantages. Is it reasonable to choose "Multithread" ?
