Yes, you're right.. i thought it was the same as the old versions
wherein the codec DLL's are statically included.. Well, I built the
different codecs and their dependencies, added them to the working
directory and it just worked fine.. thanks for the help Alex..

This is probably caused by the fact sipXtapi is not able to find codec
plugins. Try copying codec_*.dll and all their dependency dlls from
sipXmediaLib/bin to your working dir.
