[sipxtapi-dev] Scm versus sipxecs repository

Title: Scm versus sipxecs repository

Hi,

What is the difference between the - sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/rep/ - and - scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/ -? I noticed that the repository at sipxecs does not have a sipXtapi branch and the sipXcallLib/sipXtackLib are different from the repository at scm.sipfoundry. Is one newer than the other?
