Make outbound trunked call from LG phone.
Transfer that call consultatively to an SMC softphone from the LG phone.
Transfer fails. Logs show 488 not accepted here issued from SMC phone.
Local scenario works fine. I need to mimic what happens in the local case using
sipxbridge. SMC does not seem to like my re-INVITE with Replaces: header.
