[SFtrack] Created: (XCF-3096) AutoAttendant default greeting prompt should be aligned with localization setting (in STD prompt)

AutoAttendant default greeting prompt should be aligned with localization
setting (in STD prompt)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: XCF-3096
                 URL: http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XCF-3096
             Project: sipXconfig
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: language pack
    Affects Versions: 3.10.3
         Environment: All
            Reporter: Mark Wagner
            Priority: Minor

Default US english default autoattendant greeting prompt is always loaded by
looking in AA prompt, independent of which language pack is loaded / selected
on the system. The language packs do include the required translated
autoattendant default greetings, they just are not being loaded. AA script
should be loading default prompt from STD prompt directory. Note: I agree that
on all of systems users should be customizing this default, however, if they
forget or do not for whatever reason, having the localized default is less
confusing and can remind them to customize vs. a US English default.
