The file Music On Hold file "default.wav" found in
/var/sipxdata/parkserver/music contains music and also two voice phrases
"Please Hold" and "Thank You"
We either need to remove the phrases from the MOH music or the default.wav file
needs to be localized for all the supported languages and the language packs to
be updated
