Gateways can now be assigned to a location (currently a group of users that can
be thought of to represent a location). The gateway table under Devices /
Gateways should add two new columns:
a) column to display the location for each gateway
b) column to display whether the gateway is shared
By default when a new gateway is created it should be shared (checkbox should
be checked by default)
