Steps to Reproduce,

Precondition : User 200 is added. No conference bridge is added.

1. Login as superadmin.
2. Go to Users --> user 200 --> Click on Conferences link.
3. Click on Add New Conference.
4. Add a conference Details as;
     Enable : Check
     Name : Test
     Extension : 777
5. Click on OK button.

Issue :
An error message is thrown  "You must select a conference server. "
As there is no bridge configured, instead of this message, it will be better if 
it shows an error message saying that at least one conference bridge should be 
configured to add a conference.
