When you add a new Polycom SoundPoint IP phone in sipXconfig, there is
currently a "Firmware Version" setting with choices "1.6" or "2.0". In
practice, the "2.0" options actually means "any version greater than 1.6".
Polycom firmware is up to 3.0.3 now, and 3.1 is soon to be released. Even
grand-fathered 300/500 sets can run a "2.0" compatible version of firmware
(2.1.3).
This requests that support for "1.6" removed. The actual requirement is to
remove the "Firmware Version" setting, and defaulting to support for "any
version greater than 1.6". There is no requirement to keep the 1.6 files or
1.6-specific items in the code, so please also remove them for cleanup.
