This sipXpage-description.patch overloads the existing description field for
the purpose of display on the phone.
This is dangerous until such time as sipXconfig filters the description field
from containing characters like single and double quotes, percent signs,
control characters (like CR, LF), as these can cause trouble in the display
name of a SIP URL.
Once sipXconfig has added the appropriate filtering, this patch can be accepted.
