Restrict to only one sipxbridge instance.

Since there is only one sipxbridge.xml , sipxconfig should not allow the user 
to create more than one instance of sipxbridge. Otherwise, the file will be 
overwritten. If the user goes to define a second sipxbridge gateway 
configuration, sipxbrdige should reject it ( maybe grey out the option ).
