Hi Scott,

I have a PSTN gateway - Nortel BCM50, which under some situations does
late media call setup. One of the scenarios, where it happens is during
blind transfer of a PSTN call from Counterpath SMC to another set. The
reason the issue is specific to SMC is because of lack of MOH on SMC.
