[sipX-dev] FS rejecting INVITE with no SDP

In sipXecs 4.0.1 if initial INVITE to AA has no SDP, FS rejects it with:

SIP/2.0 480 Temporarily Unavailable
Reason: Q.850;cause=96;text="MANDATORY_IE_MISSING"


Does anybody know whether support for late media is a configurable
option in FS? I suppose if it is not than I should raise a ticket
against FS?
