I have logs that display this problem (not being able to read credentials), at several different times. It can be observed in the registrar, RLS, and ACD, with the registrar being most common. It appears that the problem doesn't have to happen simultaneously in all components -- e.g., the registrar can have the problem at the same time that the RLS does not. Dale
