At present, the sipXconfig UI allows logging levels to be changed to any level. I don't believe that there is any circumstance under which we should support setting logging to any less logging than 'ERROR' level - at that level, logs should be pretty small under all but the worst conditions, and then you'll really need them. Opinions?
