[sipX-dev] sipxecs-setup resets superadmin to unknown value

After running sipxecs-setup again the superadmin password resets to an
unknown value. The old (original) password does not work. Running
"sipxconfig.sh --database reset-superadmin" will reset the password to
blank but if you change it and hit apply it gives you an internal error
