The only other thing that would make sense to me would be to have a
forwarding off check box (for when you are on vacation). That way you
don't have to mess with all of your forwarding.
Also, I'd still like to see the ability to have a press "1" to ring my
cell phone, "2" to call my pager, etc...

I'd like to vote that we keep enable/disable separate from schedule
since it is more straightforward to describe if a rule is enable
or not, regardless if there is a user schedule attached to it.
Any time a field/parameter is overloaded with multiple purposes and
meaning, it can cause confusion. I understand the screen real estate
issue, but, it is more important, IMHO, to keep the UI straightforward
in that no explanation is required for a user to use it. Everyone
(well, almost everyone) understands what enable/disable means, without
further explanation. However, one has to explain to a user what
"Always enable" and "Always disable" mean.
