I'm going to guess as I don't have the SFTF in front of me at the 
moment.

I'm pretty sure that's saying that the element under test did not 
create a Route header
appropriately given the Record-Route and Contact header field values it 
was given in a
dialog creating request.

Substitute "match" for "fit".

We'll capture this as a bug and improve that message.
