uhm, that's more difficult to answer. ;) There are definitely
implementations.
One is for example part of the the Sofia-SIP open-source SIP stack. And
there
have been other implementations at testing events. But I do not know of
any widescale deployments (anyone else on the list?)....

Still, the problem remains. As there are clients implemented according
to
RFC3489 - including the shared-secret discovery part, upgrades to
the servers should not break these clients. Specifically, these clients
will make SRV queries for "_stun._tcp", and it would be harmful to reuse
this service name for something else in the bis draft.
