[SIPfoundry] Can only dial from A -> B , NOT from B -> A ??

Hello Everyone

I have installed Sipxecs 3.7 with two SNOM 300 Phones, and made a basic installation where i only can dial local numbers, BUT i have one STRANGE problem!!

B subscriber with ext 215 can dial A with ext 210 = OK

BUT

A can NOT dial B ?

after a while, A recieves an anouncement about B is unavailable, i can then leave a voicemail.

Now i can from B listen the voicemail...

But why am i not able to dial from A -> B ??
