[SIPfoundry] learning about sipXphone client

hi,

    I am beginner about sipXphone.I depended on the install file to
sipXphone,installed all the details:
        Windows Instructions
    Installing 3rd party components
    Building C++ code
    Building Java code
    Updating environment variables
----------------------------------------------------------
    
    In Launching the softphone step,I don't know how to do the follow.
    Then I try to open "sipXphone.dsw" in MSVC,but I can't find this project 
file
of MSVC.
    Question:

     Where this project file of MSVC-"sipXphone.dsw" can be downloaded?
     which web page of sipfoundry.org?
